Originated from an idea by Burning World label owner Jurgen, Gnaw Their Tongues and Déhà are set to release a split album (pre-order 7 April 2023, Bandcamp Friday) inspired by Igor Stravinsky's landmark classical piece ‘The Rite of Spring’.

Gnaw Their Tongues’ side (‘The Sacrificial Dance’) sees the band returning to an earlier sound. The band's signature black metal combined with Stravinsky's intricate and challenging compositions, results in a haunting and disturbing musical experience. With its relentless aggression and unrelenting sense of tension, Gnaw Their Tongues' take on ‘The Rite of Spring’ is a bold and ambitious work that will leave a lasting impression on any listener.

The album will released on ‘beer’ colored transparent vinyl by Burning World Records.
